“Sushi” [寿司/すし] is may be the most famous Japanese traditional food.
HISTORY
There are broadly two kinds of “Sushi”, one is “Nare Zushi” and the other is “Haya Zushi”.
The origin of “Sushi” is “Nare Zushi”, but nowadays “Haya Zushi” is the common.
So, this time we’ll introduce you “Haya Zushi”.
“Haya Zushi” is started in Edo, so another name is “Edo Zushi”.
This “Edo Zushi” had been spreaded to the world, so “Edo Zushi” is the ordinary “Sushi”.
DESCRIPTION
In Japan, you can eat “Sushi” in “Sushi” restaurants.
“Sushi” restaurants are divided into 3 types.
One is the traditional “Sushi” restaurants. “Sushi” chef will serve you after the order.
And the second is “Kaiten Zushi”, this type of “Sushi” restaurants were started in 1958.
In this restaurant, “Sushi” are served on a revolving counter, and the food revolves around.
You can pick the dishes whichever you want.
Last is “Sushi” delivery service. You can order “Sushi” in telephone, and delivered wherever you want.
